Terms of Use

1. About the Platform

Bali Real Estate Plus (“the Platform”) is a directory operated by Cronin Tech Partners LLC (“we”, “us”) that aggregates real-estate listings published by verified Bali agency partners (“Agencies”). We do not own, rent, sell or manage any of the listed properties.

2. Listing accuracy

All listing data — including price, surface area, ownership type, and availability — is provided by the originating Agency. We make reasonable efforts to keep the directory current but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any specific listing. You should verify all material facts directly with the Agency before relying on them.

3. Inquiries and fees

When you submit an inquiry through the Platform, we forward it directly to the listing Agency. We charge no fee to property seekers. Any commission or service fee applicable to a transaction is set by the Agency and disclosed by them, not by us.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the directory and submit inquiries for legitimate real-estate interest. You may not (a) scrape or copy the directory in bulk, (b) submit false or misleading inquiries, (c) use the Platform to harass any Agency, or (d) attempt to circumvent the inquiry routing.

5. No agency relationship

Bali Real Estate Plus is not a party to any transaction between you and an Agency, and is not your real-estate agent or fiduciary. Any contract for purchase, lease, or rental is solely between you and the Agency (and ultimately the property owner).

6. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction with an Agency.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes arising from your use of the Platform are subject to the courts of Denpasar, Bali, unless mandatory consumer-protection law dictates otherwise.
