Bali Real Estate Plus (the “Platform”) is a directory of Bali real-estate listings sourced from verified agency partners. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or submit an inquiry.
What we collect
- Inquiry data: when you contact a listing agency through the Platform, we capture your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, and message so it can be forwarded to the agency.
- Browsing data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) and basic analytics (page views, areas visited).
- Local storage: your client dossier selection (a list of listing IDs) is stored only in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly share the generated dossier link.
How we use it
- Forward your enquiry directly to the listing agency. We do not insert ourselves between you and the seller.
- Operate and improve the directory (which areas / price points are popular).
- Comply with applicable Indonesian and EU data-protection law.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not charge any fee to property seekers.
- We do not contact you outside the listing inquiry you initiated, unless you opt in to a newsletter.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@balirealestateplus.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
