Opening Account Process

  1. 1. Get NPWP (Tax ID): Visit tax office with KITAS + passport (1-2 hours, free)
  2. 2. Prepare Documents: Passport, KITAS, NPWP, proof of address, Indonesian phone
  3. 3. Visit Branch: Go to branch in person (can't do online as foreigner)
  4. 4. Fill Forms: Account application, signature cards, KYC forms (30-60 mins)
  5. 5. Initial Deposit: Cash or international transfer
  6. 6. Receive Card & Banking: Debit card same day, online banking setup immediately

Banking Costs & Fees
